Dang man that's a bad story sorry to hear that I already put 1200 into finding that minor problem then this happens ugh money don't grow on trees ya know buddy said it smoked for him and that most Likely piston rings gone got in it at work 25 mins ago fired it up to go home no smoke and still running like it did before maybe it has no more oil in it to burn wish I knew how to post a pic of all the smoke from earlier today

Wow that sucks man sorry to hear that man oh man I can't imagine I had a buddy look at my truck said the motors toast after 7 hours of it sitting at work I started no smoke an drive it home you can tell all the problems it had before are just getting worse and worse maybe the reason why it didn't smoke is it has no oil to burn idk

The 22r is a very resilient engine and will run even under the worse conditions but it should still never been neglected. You should repair it very soon. Continued operation while delaying the repair will only increase $$$$$$ payout.

I'm done with the 22re ripping it out and throwing in a 3rz

Funny thing to add I've been driving the truck around for about a week or so still the same problem had a mechanic tell me I was lied to and that it's not blown he said to check my egr valve cause it's most likely plugged I thought that was weird don't know if that would explain all the blue smoke though but he did say my afm has been messed with as well

^^^^ no your defiantly rite on that one seems like its hard to find someone that knows what there doing I'm still driving the truck to this day still does the same ˟˟˟˟ smokes (blue smoke) misses at idle and falls on its face misses and backfires at WOT still trying to figure it out maybe egr? Idk was gonna throw in a 3rz but I can't find one anywhere!!!!

So if you guys have anymore ideas let me know cause the truck still runs and I'm determined to fix it!

Fixed the exhaust leak now it does it even worse idk why that would be can't be a CAT it's straight piped with a muffler

Fixed it the oil pressure pressure issue was due to the past shop not mounting up the fuel filter so it was bouncing around and knocked the plug in off the oil pressure gauge and the whole issue was the pretty much new napa fuel pump was going out not pumping enough fuel at open throttle thank you all for your help
