Headlights share power from same point on headlight relay, then that power splits to separate fuses for each side. I suggest with headlights on, you take voltage readings at different points on the way to left headlight. Do same onthe way to right lights. See where you get lower voltage compared to other side. Your connection upstream of that is probably bad. Good luck,

Hope to wheel with ya soon. Does your buddy with the Jeep go with ya often?

Hey i just read through your thread again. I seen you said you were prepping your truck for a new headliner. Where exactly are you getting it from? My top looks exactly like this. Only with much more taken off. But Ive been wanting to get another.
Btw you might wanna use a Putty Knife. I found it a hell of a lot easier to remove all the left over sponge and glue materials.

Dang. Thought you had a place online somewhere. oh well. Looks like im sticking to my original idea and putting on some carpeting up there to match the interior of the truck.

Hey guys, so a few weeks ago I took a impromptu trip to tr Azusa canyon. It's all fun untill I drove home. My cars not shifting into 4th anymore, under the driers side there's a slight noise with a sort of up and down motion going on(maybe the cv?) and my 4wheel drives not engaging in the front. And suggestions would be great and ill post some pics after work

4th and 4wd? Man, bummer! Check the fluids first, my girl had a leak I wasnt aware of and ran dry and I lost the 4th gear syncro. It wouldnt stay in 4th, only 4th. Then flushed and refilled, now it stays in fine but doesn't like the clutch involved, so she gets the dry shift, lol. But works fine til I wana spend the money. Also, my rear output shaft trans seal was draining thw trans into the transfer case til it was way over full. Then the rear tcase seal went, fixed that, but no drama during or thereafter on that. Maybe u gotz front drive shaft bindage really bad? Or the diff or tcase or cv's took a pooper? That really sux, watching for the videos

Yeah it was one hell of a car wash and I never noticed the backwards graphics until it was pointed out on this site.

Is it just the standard, "get out and lock it yourself" hub? If so, then no. The entire assembly can be removed, thus exposing the shaft nut. The cone washers can be a bear... bring a hammer.

Sup dude. I thought you had abandoned yotatech after selling your 4runner. You still lurking around in here? If I would have known you were still on I would have invited you and your wife to last weekend's camping offroad trip to Angels Crest! Lol how's the new 4runner treating you? Do you have a build thread for it?

Transfer Case Gaskets?

I know this probably isn't the right place for this post but I'm looking for a quick answer and this seems to be a busy thread. I pulled my transfer case apart to do an inspection as I found major contamination in the oil and I can find a gasket/seal kit in stock for it anywhere. My question is could I just use gasket maker to seal up the case?

Liquid gasket is fine. The tc rebuild kit I got from trail gear came with thin paper gasket.
