I have a 88 4runner that I have recently put a motor in. It was running good then it started dying on me an wouldnt start almost like it was flooded. I got to looking under the truck an there is fuel coming from the exhaust manifold where it bolts up with the exhaust an dripping from the mufflers. Any one have the same thing happen or know how to fix it?

Are we working on the 3.0 or the 2.4 ??

If you have fuel leaking out the exhaust manifold and not running down the outside.

You are sure it is gas and not something else?/

Out of the manifold you have one or more injectors stuck open pushing fuel into a cylinder with the exhaust valve open or worn so bad it just pushes out.

If it is leaking from a loose connection or a cracked fuel line or fuel rail it will be all on the outside.

Figure out just what your looking at

Go from there
