87 starts, but dies after a few seconds

Question for Toyota pickup pros: When I start my 87 Toyota EFI truck it starts, but the engine dies out after 4 or 5 seconds. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

First and easiest is to check your AFM plug and make sure it clean and plugged in. Then check and clean and replace your grounds in the engine compartment, search big 3 or big 4 replacement.

Jump B+ and FP of the CHECK CONNECTOR.
If car stays running with it jumped, you have narrowed search down to AFM circuit.
