86 2wd diesel pickup driveshaft
Soo trying to do the ujoints on my 86 reg cab Long box diesel 5spd. I've never seen this before so it's throwing me off. Since this is a north American diesel model there's virtually no info on it and I can't find much on the aussie sites either. Any ways the rear portion of the 2piece shaft has a typical yota flange and then another flange at the support bearing. Then it gets weird, the trans output doesn't have a flange so I'm assuming it slides out?? Maybe... None of the ujoints have clips either soo before i ˟˟˟˟ myself over cause this is my only set of wheels right now cause my 09 taco is down for the count. Anybody seen something like this before ???

It apparently does, however everything is so rusted up I can't get the rest of the shaft off, I keep getting called into work so I'm just gonna drop it off at a shop and get it done. Don't have time to dick around with it. Serves me right for buying an old truck as a daily
