4 wheel drive issues

Hey yall i just replaced my CV axles today and when i engage 4 wheel drive and turn my passenger side rear tire skids. Its like something is blocking it but i cant see anything wrong with it. Anyone have any idea why this is happening???? thanks for the help

This would be normal operation if you were on a high traction surface, in which case you would notice the powertrain bind unloading in the form of a skidding tire. I think some more information is needed. What about in 4WD going in a stragiht line? Are all your tires fairly identical? Tire pressure even?

Just for common knowledge, it's NOT a good idea to engage the 4wd and turn when on concrete or pavement... It does bind up the powertrain and can lead to damage in various places.

yes my tires are fairly identical and the tire pressure is good all the way around. in a straight line its fine. so its just prolly binding then??
