3vze TPS voltage check VTA-E2.

Hi,

So I'm messing with my TPS and the IDL-E2 works properly but the VTA-E2 resistance check is off. The FSM range for the VTA-E2 test is "0.47 - 6.1kOhm" Its my understanding that that means 470 Ohms to 6100 Ohms. Or does it mean 0.47 Ohms to 6100 Ohms? My VTA-E2 resistance is 29 Ohms. Does that mean I need a new TPS? At WOT it is in the recommended range. It does not drop the rpms when I put the jumper in from TE1 to E1. The timing wanders around 10 deg BTDC +/- 1 deg.

If the TPS is OK, what should I check next?

Thanks!

Paul

Yes the timing belt is right. I can't adjust the spark advance. It is about 10 btdc but moves around. Does that mean it's time for a new tps?
