3vze power steering pump pulley removal

Im in the middle of replacing my power steering pump and i cant get the pulley nut off, ive tried wedging thick shirts between the belt and pulley with some penetrating oil and yes it does tense up enough where a nut should come off but im still spinning the engine and its not coming off. Has anybody snapped belts doing this? what other ways are there to do this?

I ended up taking a cold chisel and splitting the nut on mine. There was no other way I could find to get it to budge. It was Seriously seized on there from rust/corrosion, and/or from not having been moved in 20+ years. I found a suitable nut to replace it at the hardware store no problem. All in all, I spent the first hour or two figuring out how not to do it. And the last 20-30 minutes actually solving the problem. As usual...

Here's what I did (like an idiot i cut the PS belt before pulley removal): Took Alt belt (ribbed) and looped it around crank pulley (outer, Vnotch) and PS pulley only (not fan, its not long enough), wrenched the PS pump up as tight as I possibly could and tightened down the inner tensioner bolt. Wrenched away at the pulley nut and it popped off, my nut was pretty seized and it worked ok.

This was with radiator removed, so I had room to fiddle around

Also, don't mean to hijack, but what size is the inner nut on the pressure feed tube banjo? There's the outer 17mm, banjo, and then the inner nut that I can't seem to prevent from turning...
