3VZE - Code 25 + Check Engine Light Near Ocean Air
My engine light goes on and it throws code 25 when I get near the ocean. Any ideas why it would do this? Oxygen sensor maybe?

Maybe. The O2 sensor is #5 of the list of possibilities. http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1990-1995...e/diagnosi.pdf
Personally, I'd be surprised if the ocean really had anything to do with it. But if you're sure about that, high humidity could cause an electrical problem with the VAF, and less likely, the O2 sensor circuit.

When you check for codes, you jumper TE1 to ???
E1 is the ground circuit on the ECM side.
The TPS does have a connector entitled E2, which is not part of the same circuit (I suspect it is at ground potential, but it does not connect directly to E1 or ground.)
