3VZ idel cut out probleme
Hi all , yesterday I ride my tuck 4runner 1994 3.0l auto trans 4x4 and suddenly at a stop the engine wont go more 1800 rpm pass that idel is go down
in my drive way when I finish my way back home 1 hours at 25 mille H at the pack position the engine run find but not more rpm then 2800rpm if I give him gas back fire come out .
I check for a air hose leak vacuum
I check ignition coil crack and spy water on it and the truck still running good no lightning come out
did the same for the distributing cap and wire
no freezing gas my truck is in the garage
i remember to week a go i start my engine to warm up the truck but the engine was running bad like to rich in mixture smook from my pipe.
need help plz thanks happy new years

ya that the first step ... OK l fallow the intruction in the manuel at the diagnosis system of my book for my 4 runner 1990 at he page FI 125 .
after test no code the light always flashing .

Okay,
Check throttle body, probably dirty, clean it.
Check Idle at operating temp.
Check timing at operating temp.
Check fuel pressure.
Fuel filter ? possible.
How many miles on your rig?
What maintenance have you done and when?

ok ! all the maintenance have been don last 3 month I do this every fall season , gas filter ,wire and spark plug rotor distributor and cap all denso toy genuine parts.
mileage is 247 kilometer
the timing was check
idel is at 750rpm at park position operating temp
the only ting ad to do is the gas pressure
don't have the equipment to do like the pressure meter
so I will come back with number
question the pressure ad to be between 38-44psi from the LH delivery pipe and the the vacuum hose from the pressure regulator and plug it closed if iam right same as show in the manual volume 1

38-44 psi is correct
Another thing to check is your ground wires, if there corroded this can also cause a running issue.
There is one at engine hook (drivers side), passenger side, battery to fender wall, and at coil or under one of the coil mounting bolts.

hi, I when in my garage this morning and Il try to start the truck to test something... bizarre the engine was running good so I go for a road test imagine man the throttle problem was resolve so what can y do now ?
if I am going for testing for that issue

the test will be all good I think .
so for now i am very mix-top in my head loll.

that what i say intermited trouble
and I af to make check test onnely when the trouble is one so what can I do for now ? you the fuel could be the problem my gaz tank was full so I don't think of water in the system.

Hi all the problem came back again but now the problem is fix .what was doing the trouble the pine on the TPS connector wiring connector side E2 was not lock in the connector so when I was pushing in to get a good contact like it should be the wire came out of the connector wiring side and all so the male pine from the TPS was slack from the inside of the TPS .
so to get fix I change the connector wiring and the TPS .
so now Iam going for a beer

hi all i find the problem
it was the TPS connector wiring side the pine E2 wiring color BR-B was not locking good in the connector so when i was tring to have a good connection it was bad contact and the TPS connector side male pine was broken from the inside of the TPS due be forcing it ...
so to fix it I change the connector wiring side ans change the Tps .

Hi all , throtel problem is back .. this morning back home the truck did't again.
after i was sure to have fix the issue of jerking throtel ˟˟˟˟ now i am ˟˟˟˟ top se the video of the cluster https://vimeo.com/57295482
3 day's the truck was turning good , no problem at all
now start from the begining

Hi thanks to reply the fuel pump was change last summer, and for the ECU some told me when they sopt working they stop not intermited probleme with the ECU.
the problem came back when i drive in a big ditch of water .someting under the truckis not seal well . that my programe for today .
