3-VZE Fixing

Hello guys,
My toyota recenty stopped running while I was driving on the highway. Would not start
Later after attempting to troubleshoot the issue, the truck decided to run, with a wierd “tinging” on the right side, it was late at night so I was going to look at it the day after.
The next day, I replaced the fuel filter, I go to start the truck and now the engine vibrates and idles very poorly.
No codes are thrown.
I’ve torn off the intake manifold, tore apart the fuel rails, pulled out the fuel injectors.

So far I’ve replaced:
Spark plugs with NGK Copper V-Power
NGK Spark Plug Wires
Air Filter
Passenger side valve cover gasket(it was leaking oil around cylinder 5)

I pulled the EGR valve and soaked in carb cleaner. It actuates properly when I suck on the vacuum line.

I pulled the fuel injectors out and sprayed them with carb cleaner, a few of the microfilters had small bits of debris caught in it.
They all open and close when I apply 9 volts and spray.
I have the new o-rings and spacers laid out for the injectors.

Currently waiting on banjo bolt gaskets for the fuel rails to come in the mail.

Any tips on what else I should replace while the intake manifold is off?
Any ideas on what’s wrong with my truck?

All my vacuum liness look fine except these 4 tubes with torn ends. I cut them down an inch and now the “new end” is hard as a rock.
My thought is that these hoses need replaced completely.
Anyone know where to get them? They don’t seem like standard vacuum lines.
