2nd gen 4runner Brakes on a 1st gen 4runner IFS

Hello everyone, I know this must be a repeat question but I tried searching and was unable to find exactly what I am looking for. I am in the process of gathering parts to upgrade my stocker 1989 4runner 22re/auto 's brakes to that of a 93 v6 4runner.

I am just trying to make sure I have everything I need before I attempt this. So far I have
-a rebuilt 1" bore master from a 93 4runner
-rebuilt calipers from a 93 4runner v6
-new toyota pads for a 93 4runner v6

EDIT:
I have found out that I have rebuilt S12W calipers which appears to be from a 88-91 v6 4runner and this is why the v6 rotors from the newer v6 4runner won't fit. Will I need to upgrade the brake booster as well or can I just use my stock booster with the 1 inch master, and S12W calipers?
