22re timing chain guides torque specs??

I am replacing the timing chain on my 1988 4runner. I am replacing the guides also. I have a FSM and can not find the torque specs for the guides. I did not want to tighten them to tight and have them break later on. Does any one know what the proper specs are or where they would be located in the FSM.
