22re starter kits 28226-64370/-7407

update to below : I actually found a some supra FSM with better description of how these parts fit here http://www.turbosupras.com/pdfs/JZA80%20TSRM/ST.pdf . I also find I think i am missing a steel ball under the plunger spring. Is this important to replace or could that wait till next time i pull the starter? The insulating paper doesn't really fit well on the side it's supposed to, and, I read somewhere the bolt with the little teeth in it is supposed to be pressed into its respective contact first - I had been wondering how just tightening the nut would do that. Don't see all this info in my FSM pages tho?? Going to go find the rest of that supra manual.

======
I am doing my my starter contacts from Toyota parts kit, but each kit has some washers I don't see where they go? They're not in my [probable] rebuild. Also the paper thing. If anybody knows offhand, I got a few hours of daylight left? The little black washer seems to want to nest in that plastic part...I have found where the larger flat red washer goes, but I have no little black o rings on mine, I am guessing inside the same little black plastic parts for weather sealing, but the paper thingy has me perplexed.
