22RE Sputters and no power for about 1 min after first starting then runs fine

I am stumped. I have a 93 Toyota Pickup DLX. It has 127,000 miles on it. I have been working through problems. I am stuck on a problem with first min of runtime. I start the truck cold and if i rev the engin it seems like it revs ok maybe a little sputter. It is a automatic. I put it in drive and it has not power it sputters and backfires in the fuel enjector it will not pull its self even on a flat surface. After it runs for about 30 sec maybe a min it starts to run fine. If i drive the car a bit and shut it off for 5 min or so then start it again it some times has the problem but passes faster it seems. So it seems that it has to do with the car being cold or hot and first starting.
I replaced the Throttle Position Sensor that did not have a effect. ( I read that in a forum)
I started the truck and while running I unpluged the mass airflow sensor. The truck sputtered a bit then dies as expected. So i did not think it was the MAF.
I ran fuel cleaner for a tank of gas that did not help or change anything.
I changed the air filter.
I used MAF cleaner to clean the MAF and clean the throttle body.
I check the codes on the ECM and it says all is clear no issue.
When i pulled the plug on the MAF the codes did read that it had a problem so does seem that the ECM can pickup a issue if there was one.
I have a new fuel filter but I have not changed that yet it is my next attempt.
Any one have any clue what may be the cause of the issue. I am running out of ideas. Thanks in advance.

My 87 Runner 22RE did the same thing. Hard to start in the morning. Ran rough for a minute or so. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Once it cleared up it was fine to drive. Sometimes it would do it for a few seconds when started warm. Turned out my #2 plug was fouled. I am losing coolant somewhere and it doesn't appear to be leaking on the outside of the motor, so I assume head gasket. My best guess is that it's leaking into #2 when the truck is shut off and makes the plug not fire when you first start it. That's why I'm building my new motor.
