Based on what you told us, it's a great truck.

But none of us have seen that particular truck, or know where it lives, etc.

There are lots of things you COULD look for, but I'd get on my hands and knees to look at the boots on the front half-shafts (drive shafts for front wheels in 4wd). They are subject to wear and tear, and might need to be replaced. If they are good, that could be a sign of good maintenance. If they're cracked, it's not a big job to fix them, but you might as well know.

Undercarriage is clean...no signs of rust...boots seemed fine normal wear tear...4wd shifted in out smooth.....

I have a few friends with them and they are great, but one of them has had to replace the head gasket a few times. Its all about how you treat the engine. The automatic should be fine, from what i hear they are really strong on the V6.

Red face

Plan on spending more money every Toyota I bought I needed to spend about $1000.00 in parts to catch up on neglected maintenance

Beware being over come with new vehicle Lust it gets all of us at times.
