1994 Toy pickup 4x4 Fuel pump access from bed
 

tried to do a search on this. Wondering if anyone has done or knows of a mod to gain access to the fuel pump by cutting a "hatch" from the top of the bed?

I would guess someone has done it since the 4Runners have a hatch, first gen at least? I could hack this one out for maybe 50 bucks if interested, lmk. With 1-2" of metal left around the edges it would be about 18" x 12"

Wouldn't it just be easier to unbolt the bed and lift it off?

Or even drop the tank , or ˟˟˟˟, how much room you need? Unbolt or drastically loosen bed bolts and pull up on that side?
