1994 Pickup, T-100, 4Runner Mirrors Interchangeable?
 

Newbie here, just bought a really clean 1994 SR5 pickup XCab 4x4 from my boss. Just a few little niggly thing to fix up on it. The most annoying is that the mounting tabs are broken on the power module for the driver-side power mirror. I'd like to just replace the whole mirror - maybe passenger side too if I can find the right deal. After searching all over the internet though, I haven't found a source for replacement power mirrors. There does seem to be a lot of availability for replacements for 4Runners and T-100s though - both of which look very similar to the pickup mirrors for similar year models. Anyone know if they're interchangeable? Thanks!

4Runner and T100 mirrors are much larger mirrors.

There are also two different styles of mirrors. Skin mount and Sail mount. 95% of the 4Runners used sail mount mirrors, and 99 (or maybe 100%?) of all T100's were sail mounted as well.

Sail mounted Truck mirrors were hard mounted and didn't fold, whereas 4Runner mirrors were larger and did fold.

The long and short is that yes, they can be swapped without any additional drilling since the bolt holes are all exactly the same. I personally think 4Runner mirrors look terrible on trucks, but that is just my opinion.
