1994 4Runner 3VZE hard to start and jumps idle

I have a 94 4Runner 3VZE and had a few problems about a year ago with the idle and a few vacuum leaks. After correcting these issues I found a whole new can of worms. I started noticing water coming from the pipes and then slowly noticing water in the oil. Well long story short with 2 blown head gaskets I went ahead and rebuilt the motor with 180,000+, it took me a while but I got it. After all that it drove fine for a bout a month (1200 miles) and then I am starting to have a few new problems.
When it is has been sitting for a few and the engine is cold, it will take about 20 cranks and start to act like its starting to get fuel but will take about another 5-10 cranks to actually fire up. Once it fires up it runs and idles fine. I can turn it off let it sit for a few minutes and it will still crank right back up. Figuring this was an issue with the injectors, fuel rail, fuel filter or the fuel pump. I pulled, tested and cleaned the injectors. I also replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump. Also cleaned out the fuel rail. Still have the same problem nothing changed.
Next problem that arose was a few days later the engine light came on and I started having an issue where after the truck was driven for about 15 miles or so with the air conditioner on if I pulled up to a light, stop sign ect.., it would start to jump idle again and die. I can crank it right back up but will die unless I turn off the air conditioner. Once I turn it off it will stay idling just fine. Now if I do a long trip or something it may not do this every time I stop. Sometimes its intermittent sometimes its every single time. And it only does this like I said after about 15 miles. The first 15 are great!

The only code that I get is #22 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor and there is about 12 of them that pop up till it starts back up.

These are the things that I have done and really am at a lost:
I have cleaned the IAC and MAF. No change.
Checked all the vacuum lines all correct and made sure I reseated them to make sure no leaks or bad connections.
Replaced the Engine Coolant Sensor twice with new ones.
Tested and cleaned all the Injectors and the Fuel Rail.
Replaced the Fuel Filter and Fuel Pump. Have good pressure.
New Iridium Plugs and Wires.

I have tried to clear all codes. I have pulled the battery cables and left it off for the night. Codes still there when I turn the vehicle on. I also pulled the EFI Fuses under the hood and still the same thing.

Only thing I am thinking now is that there might be a problem with the ECM.
Or am I missing something?

Any help or clues to what you might think would be greatly appreciated!

I've got the same issue. I chased a no start problem months back and finally got it back running; I had one bad injector but a few weeks later code 22 popped up with 24 and 25. I replaced the o2 sensor and cleared up the 24 and 25 but the 22 stays. Finally replaced the ECT sensor and the code disappeared for about 15 minutes and truck died. It would crank back up but any throttle pressure and off it went. Replaced the ECU with a donor and everything was prefect with no code for about 24 hours. The 22 code is back but truck is running great at any RPM and any time but when will it get worse. I hate to even drive it.
