well i managed to get the truck on the springs, frame basically fully cleaned, brakes all together, tires on, and motor mounts welded. oh and the crossmember all welded up. but i hit a huge snag, when pulling my pitman arm off apparently the puller i used was for a tie rod end not a pitman arm but it was the only one that fit. so the first few threads on my steering box are messed up bad!!

Awesome build! Love the finish on the axle. Quick question, how did the 4 inch IFS lift work for you? Id love to put my truck that high. Any suggestions for kits?

Good luck with the truck! Looks like you know what your doing.

the 4inch kit was great, i have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. i wish i would had a long arm kit but other than that all of them are exactly the same. infact our distributors told me that the superlift and i think skyjacker kit for this track are exactly the same so that goes to show you there is only one way to skin a cat... or so i have heard!

other news, my truck has leveled out except for the rear needing to be lifted to match and the passanger side rear sags which it always has. i have a die to fix the screwed up steering box threads coming in wednesday and then its off to alignment and shock hoops and steering stabilizer... sounds like a long list but its a bunch of small things so it shouldnt be too bad.

also, if n e one could tell me how long the perches will need to be to make my 63" chevy springs almost match my 5inch kit up front that would be great because they are very much needed now!

im not sure if i did either, but body lift is staying because of the 3.4 swap. i know its "too tall" in many peoples books but this is my dd thats for mud mostly.

the little truck on the side of it is a 1983 toyota trailblazer that is going to be the low crawler. and the chevy that i have already posted pictures of is going to be well, rediculous haha
