did you check the resovoir for the hydraulic fluid? it could be empty, that happened to my dad once. in my truck, i had the master go out. the sign of that is fluid leaking from just inside the firewall.

the resovior is full and is not leaking! i just put a new centerforce 2 in and its still not wanting to disengage. i have to pump the pedal twice then hold and it works.

Try looking at the pedal mounting bracket under the dash.I just fixed a clutch that went out and I found that he had broken the bracket and it was flexing when he pushed the pedal in causing it not to ingage/disengage.

From what you describe it does sound like a slave cylinder, but i'm not going to bet my life on it or anything but it would be the first place i would look. The first thing i would do is get someone in your toy and hold the clutch to the floor and for you to watch the slave cylinder and see if it starts coming back in while the clutch is still held to the floor, this would mean a seal is gone in the slave cylinder. Even if this doesnt happen it could be the slave cylinder, if air in the lines isn't your problem. A new aftermarket slave cylinder is pretty cheap, 30-40 bucks, so i would just throw another one on there and see what happens. Also make sure you bleed very very well, apparently air in the system destroys your two cylinders, whether they are brand new or 20 years old. My brothers toy went through two slaves and one master cylinder, good thing we have 4 toys for parts, because by the time we got to replacing the slave cylinder we had bled the system so many times that we got lazy and left air in there and it just ate up the cylinders.
