1990 4Runner v6 wont start when warm

I am having some problems troubleshooting this issue. ill drive the truck anywhere from 10 min or more and when i turn it off and leave it for about 10-15 min and then try to start it again, it will idle at about 500 rpm for half a second and then die, and then will just crank like a champ but wont start. I have to let it sit upwards of 2 hours at least before it starts again, sometimes have to let it sit over night. i just did the fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors, fuel pressure reg, intake manifold vacuum lines, cleaned mass airflow sensor. at first i thought it was flooding but i checked the plugs and they were dry as a bone. I am still researching but any ideas or help on what could be causing this would be awesome!! its all happening on a 1990 4Runner, 3.0 . thanks!

Can you hear the fuel pump when in a no start condition? You can jump FP and B+ in the diagnostic port to run the pump constant, bypassing the other components and see if it starts. Might also check the fuel pressure up system. Search FPU VSV.

hard to tell if the pump is going with the engine cranking, but i don't hear it prime when i give ignition power. ill get some help listening for it tomorrow. Ok cool, ill run a pressure test tomorrow as
well and get back! where would i search FPU and VSV? Thanks!
