If you plan on keeping this truck for a long time,don't bother with a cheap aftermarket radiator. Take yours to a radiator repair shop and have them test it to make sure your tanks are in good shape (not cracked all over). Then have them re-core it with a high quality core (I like pacific's cores out of canada) and make sure they don't skimp on the solder (make sure they fill all solder joints completely and block off end rows of tubes).

just put a long funnel on the where the rad cap goes fill with water/antifreze, let it warm up with heater all the way up to temp and start squeezing every coolant hose, untill you don't see no more bubbles coming out of the coolant from the funnel, put rad cap back on your done.

I only put about 3,000 miles on the truck per year, so I'm not too worried.
