1986 toyota front end

so i did my research and im pretty sure that i know what i need to replace. theres a grinding noise when hubs are locked, both 2 and 4 wheel drive.

from what i learned it is the spindle bearing or something needs greased. my question is can i just buy new hubs for the front or would it be cheaper and easier to just rebuild?

thanks for the help

Google ( spindle grease tool Yotatech ) the tool to build will help with that noise, cheap too, 10 bucks. Sorry I don't have the link.

just be careful the split washers don't fly away never to be seen again if you pop them off...
can't count the times i was wrong with assumptions when i shoulda just taken it apart and found the flaw...
