1986 Toyota 4Runner Instrument Cluster
 

Does anyone know where I can send my cluster to have it rebuilt, possibly. Seems like I have a short in it. Sometimes the fuel and temp gauge wont work unless I give the dash a good smack.

Look for cracked solder joints around connector pins or poor connections. It could be very minor and solved by just reflowing the solder.

Sorry I can't answer on the rebuilding vendor.
