Vac line question
 

85 truck with a 20R out of an 80 celica

What vac lines need to be there other then the distributor?

Right now the motor runs fine but has a somewhat eratic idle. The lines that were hanging loose I plugged, would plugging all but the distributor wires help this issue? The distributor lines are connected.
