Please help!!!! Automatic transmition
 

I have to manualy shift my 85 4runner. When i put it in drive it starts in drive and not 1st. every now and then it will shift fine. I changed the trany oil and filter and checked for loose conections. I adusted the kickdown cable but dont realy know what im doing with that. help

Any help please????
