Post Pics of your 84/85 rig.

Well I thought it would be nice to see what all everyone has for rigs that post in this 84-85 Trucks & 4Runners part of the site. (other then just a small avatar next to our posts.) Parked, wheeled, rolled, or building, whatever you have lets see them.

this forum has needed one of these threads for a long time, ill post up my truck after i paint it and get my new rims and tires, right now it looks like crap.

My '85 Runner is getting muffler fixed and a new set of tires now. I'll post some for sure after all is done.

how much did the arb and lift run ya? i want that exact setup ive been tryin to find a decent small lift and decided on ome. do you like it?

So far great but we don't run it that often as we live out of the country most of the year. I think it was around $1100 with everything (shackles, greasable pins, springs, shocks, etc.). There are lots of places to get it but I got mine from 4x4 connection. Again, no affiliation whatsoever. I don't think you can go wrong with this lift.

One word of caution. I did have to install a drop draglink to get it to work. Went with a Procomp which cost me another $150 or so. Not everyone needs it but I did. I went heavy springs front, medium rear and heavy shocks all around. Maybe with medium front you wouldn't need the drop draglink but my 4Runner is very level with the ARB bumper and Warn winch so I'm happy with the spring combination.
