went to start it up this morning. Nothing. She's just cranking. I think it may be fuel pressure related some I'm testing the pressure with a gauge. I plugged the return fuel hose on the pump (the hose coming out of the top of the pump). If this is incorrect or the wrong hose please let me know.

Also I have the pressure regulator from JT's. Doesn't seem like much fuel is getting through it (if I have the hoses on the pump hooked up right)

It's got to be the regulator itself. It seems faulty. There was no pressure on the outlet side and plenty of fuel pressure on the inlet side. I had the pressure set at 3.5psi. I removed the regulator and tried to blow through it, nothing. You can't squeeze an ounce of air through the thing. I've got to see if I can locate one locally.

Not that I know of with the weber, but I'm pretty new to them.

Anyone have input on the fuel pressure regulator a couple posts up? Is there something to it that I'm not seeing?

you don't need one. for a daily driver, delete for now get it running than install it later, if you have a problem then you know where to look.

Got it started! Sounded pretty good. It's idling pretty high. Where is the idle speed screw? It's not located in their diagram? I see the idle mixture and fast idle, but not the idle speed screw

got it up and running!! Freakin awesome. I removed the fuel press. regulator and everything was good. Those things suck. Is there anything I should be aware of if I'm not running the regulator?

I could probably go through the carb adjustments to make sure everything is 100%, but I don't have the time to do that right now. If anyone ever has questions let me know and I'd love to help. I'll try and get some pics up of the install and what I did. May be a couple days.

well i got to drive it on the freeway. It's much better than before. I've got to tune it though because it idles a little high and I have some backfire. I've never tuned one before so I've got to learn. If anyone has any input suggestions that would be great.

I don't have a breather for the pcv (just run a hose). I do have the emissions tube that goes on the manifold. It's from an 84 4runner. I could ship it off to ya.
