also what plugs and wires should i use cuz i wanna new ones in

Are you burning coolant? What color are the plugs? What does the oil on the dipstick look like? You could have a blown head gasket and if there is coolant in your oil, stop driving it! You could still just replace the head gasket instead of having to deal with a seized motor.

...sucky, it does sound head gasket related. at least its not a 3vze!!!

not burning coolant plugs look normal oil is normal im changing the plugs and wires tomorrow and also the pod filter thing below the pod dash ill let you know if it changes at all and i believe the liquid comin out of the exhaust is water but cant tell for a 100%

If you're not losing coolant the head gasket probably isn't the problem. You can do a compression test, rent the tool and google compresion test. You may have a bad valve, do a wet compression test too to see. You will always have some water at tail pipe normally. What ever the problem is it may have also clogged the catalytic converter.

i just put a new catalytic converter in did a whole new exhaust from the collector back well it isnt smokin anymore white grayish smoke runs really rough misfiring alot and when i rev it up today black smoke came out of the exhaust

It sounds like it's running rich. Black smoke indicates unburned fuel exiting the exhaust system. May be a bad fuel pressure regulator.

well i was thinkin about replacing my fuel filter but idk how to it would be helpful if u could tell me how
