thanks..i looked at the durabak and im leaning towards that. does it hold up good?
Mine is holding up really good and the smell was almost like new car smell :hillbill:
One or two edges have peeled because I didn't sand aggressive enough. A patch under my clutch has dissolved due to leaking clutch which was unnoticed until after the floor was done :bang: One gallon will be enough for a regular cab with two coats with enough left to do a tailgate (I did a test on my tailgate which had very little sanding and just a coat of xylene prior to -> it's held up really well considering I drag steel trash cans across it) I'd recommend the durabak if you want to use a colored bedliner. |
i was thinking a grey not sure yet..did you primer before? or just sand
my friend coated the inside of his cab with duplicolor bedliner. Its holding up OK only had it in for around 3 mos so time will tell. We just sanded it like heck and then wiped it down with some acetone.
