Finding a good shop 3.4 swap in 2022/2023

Happy holidays, Yotatech!

I've searched around the forums and only found recent references to toyonlyswaps. I have a '90 with the 3.0 and I'm moving out of CA this year (back east), before my next registration comes around... I figure this is my hack to swap while I'm still in CA, if necessary. I've considered doing the swap myself but I don't have access to a garage, plus I don't mind paying for someone who does these a lot to make sure everything is copacetic.

Anyway, I'm hoping to compile a list of some of the best shops in the US for a 3.4 swap so that I can decide whether to get the swap done while I'm still on the west coast or whether it won't be too inconvenient to figure it out back east. To be clear, I'm happy with the 3.0 for now, but I'd hate to move back east and suddenly feel like I can't get a shop swap because the shop I want is in Utah or Oregon. What shops are you folks aware of and willing to recommend in 2022/2023?

"Back east" is pretty vague.. what state are you at least moving to?

I’ll be in New England. I’m willing to drive 16 hours for a swap. Being in California right now, I’m prepared to drive up to Oregon if I do Toyonlyswaps, for example.
