Driveshaft question.
 

I am trying to see if you all can tell me what different year and vehicle front drive shafts will swap right into my 84 pickup? The truck is fairly stock with no lift or anything and the double cardan joint is blown out. I know I can fix it, but I am thinking if I can find one used or rebuilt, I can just swap them out and be ready to roll. Any opinions would be appreciated. We don't have a quality drive shaft shop around that I can locate.

'84-'85 pickup/4Runner would be a direct swap with the same trans. setup. Later model may work, but you would need to clearance the CV joint:

Thanks. I was thinking that only the 84-85 pickup would work, but I just couldn't remember. I wasn't sure if the 4Runner would work or not.

I just added a dual case setup and the flanges are different than my old t-case. Not a big deal but something to think about.
