85 runner efi

I can hear something clicking on and off all the time when running under dash.Sounds like fuel pump priming over and over again but its not.Its alot louder than that.Only does it when truck is running....thankx ahead of time for any ideas

I have had a weak battery to cause the Ciruit Opening Relay to click constantly. Only thing I can think of that comes to mind.
