84 Wont Start
 

I drive an old 84 Toyota pickup with 22R. Lately I have been having issues getting it to start. Battery is good, starter is new, and I replaced a fee of the fuses. It will start fine for a while and then act up. Then sometime later after nothing I appear to do works, it will just decide to start. Its like it has a mind of its own. Any help I can possible get would be awesome.

Example: This morning I left for class, truck started fine and ran fine. 4 hours later I am leaving class for lunch and it wont start. Pop the hood, checked for loose connections and couldn't find any. Push the truck off and got a rolling start by popping the clutch. Get to where im going for lunch, turn it off and checked to see if it would start on its own, and it did. I am clueless right now.

see what your voltage is at with your starter when you turn the key...check your ground wires or just dont buy starters from checkers, autozone or napa! at my shop we had a starter break in 5 cranks from autozone!
