84 tranny problems
 

Hello all, I'm new to the yota world and to yotatech itself, i just bought a truck with a weak motor and it went out 4 days later lol i recently pulled my motor and am getting ready to drop a new 22r in but after pulling the motor, when pushing it around its very hard and something seems to be stalling up and making a grinding noise. Its a manual 5 speed that worked fine untill the motor was out does anyone know what this could be? Any input would be appreciated, being if it is a serious tranny problem i'd rather replace it before i drop that motor in. I'm coming from the world of chevys and xj's with auto trannys so any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks everyone
