Yeah I don't know much about them. Would just like to have my truck all clean. Have an 3 inch skyjacker lift on it. Lots of options ac, tach, inclinometer, longbed, buckets, 22re. Payed $750 for it. Got an good deal I think. Ha just seeing if any one elce has them thanks!

Not that rare?
I'm looking all over to score these seats.
Were there any differences with the brackets between years, since I have an 87?

They ARE indeed rare, as only the 85 SR5 had the option.
The speaker behind the pass seat is SUPER rare, I have only seen one truck EVER that had it, and yes it is a factory part.
As for differences, 85 and 87 share the same floor pan so they are the same seat brackets as long as you already had buckets in yours.

Not to revive old thread but I got these seats in my runner. How much these worth?original seats aren't important to me, id rather have money to put in build in other spots.

Funny, I picked up a pair of these rear seats, also in Maine, last year to swap into my rig. The option to fold down one side at a time was the selling point more than the print. Handy feature to have, which AFAIK only came on the SR5. Also AFAIK, seats between any first gen are interchangeable.
Didn't all the first gen SR5 front seats also have that wheel on the side to tighten the seat wings around your midsection for more support? Pretty sweet. BK, try an area search on searchtempest.com

The pattern may be "rare" but its still based around the same old worn out crappy yota seats that are 30 yrs old.
Throw in some ( insert different bucket seat here) and you'll be happier then what you have now.
I'm a fan of the Impreza seats. Firm but comfortable.
