Where can i get a shifter assy for a 1979 - 82 4 speed tranny
 
I have a 1979 4x4 toyota pick up and i put a tranny in it that came out of a 1982. The problem is i didn't get the clips that hold the shifter in - i would like to replace the entire assembly but it is impossible to find!!!!!!!!! Any recomendations???

so is your transmission a top shift or side shift?

The one I installed and need the shifter assy for is a top shift.

i am about to do a tranny swap from 4 to 5. i might have those clips when i am done. gimme a couple days
