USA style fuel door
talked to a few toyota dealers today and none of them know the part # for the USA style fuel door .
77305-89101 + change up #'s are the only part #'s they can find . This # is for the Japanese style bed with the lock , NOT the finger pull door ..
any part guys here ? or any body happen to know the part # for this USA specific fuel door ?

My 88 has the finger pull door. My father's hunting truck (a 91) has the lock type of door. I have his vin number at work, tomorrow I will run it and see what pops up.
If not there are 3 guys that have been able to get me hard to find parts through toyota, that other dealers seem completely clueless on. I also have their contact information at work, I will get that too.
Crusiser Dan - I believe at American Toyota
Onur Azeri (Beno) - Use to be at American Toyota, then ran Profitts cruisers until it closed...
Sam Stewart of Lowe Toyota in Atlanta

Well, I don't think the 91 locking door will work for you so I have not looked.
If I was you I would contact a guy by the name of Cruiser Dan. He is the head parts guy for Larry H. Miller Group Toyota (Formerly American Toyota). He has been around toyota parts for years and knows his stuff. His number is 1-800-432-6668. Tell him you saw him on IH8mud.com and you will get 25% off your order.
Another guy I like to use a lot is a guy by the name of Sam Stewart of Lowe Toyota. He is best contacted by email which is: SStewart@lowetoyota.com. Also tell him you saw him on IH8mud.com and you will get 25% off plus free shipping.
If those two can't get what you need, then it doesn't exist. Good Luck and let us know what you find out.
