Bucket Seat Rebuild?

I have an 83 with factory bucket seats that have been hammered. I’m looking for a kit or someone that sells the parts to rebuild the seats.

I need at minimum seat covers, I can probably get foam and fashion some new pads if that’s not available aftermarket.

Any recommendations or suggestions where to go?

Probably the best thing to do if using stock buckets, is to find a good upholster and tell him what you want. They'll do a better job than us DYI'ers. I would completely surprised if there are any ready to install stock seat covers. I had both front buckets in my 07 Acadia for less than $300.00 and they were leather. Shopping around is your best friend

Agree with Lons81: Just shop around and find a decent automotive upholstery shop that will recover your seats just the way you want them, including replacement of the foam. Since so few Gen 1 trucks came with factory buckets, upholstery kits may be quite scarce.

Thanks for the responses. Looks like an Upholstery shop is in my future. I’d hoped there was someone that made aftermarket/replacement covers, but not a lot of interior parts that I can find. I rebuilt the buckets in my 71 Chevy pickup just not as many Toyota parts available

I had an upholstery shop rebuild the seats in my '81. New foam and vinyl. Feel like new. The most expensive option for sure but very happy with the look and comfort. Kar Quality upholstery did mine (check out his facebook page).https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.yot...cc05281a91.jpg

Those look great, what did it cost to get them done? I need to try and find a shop locally that can do that, worse case I drive the seats down to Sparks
