Brake Booster Leak? Just Replaced MC.

I had a leak in my brake master cylinder and so I replaced it. Bleed all my brakes etc. The brake booster seemed to work fine before I replaced my MC and all of a sudden I have the hardest brake pedal.

I have vacuum on the intake side of the brake booster, and I did all the idle/start engine while depressing the brake pedal tests. It's still rock hard.

Anyone have any ideas on what it is other than a bad brake booster? Again it was working fine before.

Thanks!

Pushrod mis-aligned?? How much vacuum? From what I understand, its like 15mmHg. Vacuum after the booster check valve or just from intake? Haven't dealt with this but have a decent understanding of how its supposed to work.
