Can I put a 22r head on a 20r and install an efi system? Any help would be great, thanks..

No, you're better off swapping a 22RE from a later model into the truck, with the wiring harness.

X2 on the just put a 22RE in.

It is possible to do a 20R/22RE but the specialize work that would have to get into it would make it very impractical and expensive.
