All right guys!

Here we are again. I figured out a few things. Keep in mind, I have never changed drum brakes, or bled them, but why not learn.

First of all, I am dumb apparently because the wheel cylinders were correct, but there is a little "dent" on the flange of the axle shaft that allows you just enough room to slip in the wheel cylinder. So that got done. Changed out all the drum brake hardware and proceeded to bleed the brakes. Here was another fun conundrum, I was trying to bleed the brakes with the drum off. DON'T DO THAT! The wheel cylinder's pistons would overextend causing a pop and shooting out brake fluid from the cylinder. I tried to bleed the brakes with the drum on and that worked, so my panic disappeared.
Now, on to the issue of the car not turning on after sitting for a while. I thought maybe it needed fuel, so I added fuel and still nothing. Finally, I had my dad pour fuel into the carburetor and open up that little "choke valve" I guess, not sure what it is. It would turn on and then off. Finally, he decided to keep that little valve open while pouring some fuel and after some struggling it would loose power and speed back up, loose power and speed back up until finally, it stayed on! My dad said he noticed that the little valve wouldn't move, and now it opens and closes freely.

So, wheel wobble is gone, drum brakes have been completed and the car turns on!

Thanks for your help guys!!
