My HiLux runs out of fuel fast..like less than 40 miles. When it does, it only takes 3 gallons to fill it. I took the access panel of (inside the bed, Driver’s side) and here’s what I found. The fuel tank is below the bed. The black reservoir in the picture is inside the access panel , above the fuel tank.
any ideas what the problem might be…and how to fix it?
I’ve tried finding a new fuel tank…no luck so far…
