Thanks Jr for the reply but too far. as a single rim there not not too hard to find from a wrecking yard. For temporary I have one with a small bent edge on rim I can try and bend out for the spare but think i'll need a press.
Had a flat last night on the 101 west into studio city. Was lucky with all the saurday night traffic got on an on ramp and slowly backed down then 2 blocks to a quiet side street, lucky the rim stayed rolling on the tire. My spare fits the back but not front, some other brand of rim? only had to walk a 1/2 mile to home and wrecking yard tomorrow for one or two tires if there not all gone from the weekend scavengers. I'd like to have a good spare plus a second one in the bed.

I looked at a set of wheels this morning which were in excellent cond but turned out to be '87's and size is stamped on the back side , they also have a different offset, way negitive, might this be cause of not having a solid axle? I thought the wheels like mine stopped production in '83 but maybe '85 , thinking in '86 they went indepenant front suspension and needed the offset?
