The switch is four position and has one connector.

No, they are still available. I made them out of plywood and speaker enclosure fabric about ten years ago. They are in great condition and they've never been installed so they don't have any holes for fasteners to attach them to the door. I won't be able to access them until next week because I am currently TDY.

Ill take the A/C ducting that goes to the driver side, The A/C fan switch and knobs if you have them and the face plate for the climate control.
