FS: 1st gen 4runner Can-Back Soft Top | $1.5k | SF Bay Area **$OLD**
Product: Can-Back Soft Top for 1st Gen 4runner
Condition: All pieces are there and complete (including hardware). I personally refurbished 90% of it to prep it for my own rig. I bought new foam for the support bars as well which will be included in sale. They can be seen on top of the fabric in the first photo.
Price: $1100
These things are unobtanium at this point and they sure as hell aren't making any more. Trust me, I hassled Truck Candy for over a year and they're still not in production.
Price point is hard to set at this point since there's very few examples. I know this is more than what they sold for new, but I feel like it's a rare piece that the right buyer will value.

damn am I way out of line with price here?
I saw a few threads back in the day with a price akin to this. If anyone knows somebody that's been looking feel free to direct them here!

I'll comment because I'm a soft top owner. At $1100, I don't really think you are out of line. A Softtopper with tint is currently about $950...and I think this Canback is a better product. If I didn't already have the SofTopper, I'd be interested. Unfortunately in the used specialty parts area, you've got to just hang in there until the right buyer comes along or just keep dropping your price until you can tempt somebody to open their wallet.
