1971 VW Beetle
 

I have a 1971 VW Beetle that I am selling as is.

The car runs, but has sat for a year and wont stay running.

1600 Dual Port
Pertronix ignition module in 009
Pict 34 carb
Berg style shifter
bucket seats
Adjustable beam (Rear is normal height, front is slammed)
Mexican front bumper

Car has newer brakes, front control arms and shocks
Good tires, and I have many extra parts that replace some of the worn out stuff
Extra shifter, New in package stainless braided brakes lines
blowers that go in the tubes under the back seat for extra air movement
Window moldings/trim, emblems, side vents

The car has a spray can paint job (I was tired of 3 colors of orange-- stock and 2 differnet primers)
I patched a hole in the pan and there was a prior patch done under the battery

I am looking for $2000 for the car, has a clean title, it runs but needs some attention.
I have had the car for 6 or so years and want to try something new

I am working on pictures.
Serious folks only please. This is not a beginners car, VWs are not good all weather cars
Previous owner pull all the vents out and there is only floor board heat, no defrost or even a radio
