Thanks JP, appreciate the feedback. Been trying to get $500 for a complete rolling chassis, bad engine - good tranny. I just refuse to take the $350 salvage folks want. For god's sake, it's a clean 4runner

2nd gens do seem to be less desirable than 1st and 3rd gens.

You may want to try Craigslist for some more buyers or piece it out to make more money. I bet you can get more then $500 if you part the truck out. I think the block, axles, trans, interior are worth more in pieces.

Or donate it to get a tax write off.
