I paid cootees in June. It is now October and I still do not have my ISR mod.

Others have also not received their parts from him. Look up the ISR mod thread for more information on this issue.

I got this email from him on July 7 (now October 3 with no shipment and no refund)

"I have gotten it finished but unfortunately have not shipped it out yet... I know I said I would have it out a while ago and I apologize for that. I will make sure you recieve it no later than friday even if I have to ship it express to you".
